In life, we want to add value to as many people as possible. Our mission is to change a life. People in our lives have a place. There are no neutral relationships. People will either push you forward-moving you closer to your purpose, or they’re a distraction.

Understand the importance of knowing the difference between a friend and an associate. Especially, as we mature in life, we grow. Particularly, an associate is not evil enough to be an enemy. Nevertheless, they’re not safe enough to call a friend.

There are times when we have to reset our mindset. We inherit more than traits, trends, and tendencies from our bloodlines. Perhaps we also inherit mindset and mentality.

What about your friends?
Who are we spending our time with?
Do they have a limited mindset? Can it possibly rub off on you? Unfortunately yes.
We must Do our best to stay positive with a health-focused mindset.

Let’s Remember a Limited mentality can be inherited. Victimhood mentality can be inherited.
Racist and biased mentality are inherited. We inherit more than trends and tendencies. Look at the world today. More than likely we prefer to be impacted by healthy and positive mindsets that serve us well That’s not always the case. This is why evaluations are important because wherever your mind is set your life will follow.

Whether made of blood, pets, family or combination of these, with the support of the right people in your healthy life you will get the support you need to thrive.
