By Marsha Shari began as a place to share what carried me through my own recovery. It has grown into a resource ecosystem for adults rebuilding their strength and for the children in their care.
My journey taught me that true healing is rarely one thing. It’s movement that respects what your body can do today. It’s a nervous system that finally feels safe. It’s the practical habits that hold a week together, and the faith that holds you when they don’t.
I started sharing seated strength routines because standing workouts were out of reach for me and for so many people I loved. What began with a chair and a resistance band became programs, guides and a community of people who no longer believe that “not yet” means “never”.
Along the way, parents and educators kept asking for the same thing for their children: simple, gentle tools for big feelings, and learning resources that felt warm rather than clinical. That is why By Marsha Shari now holds both wellness and education under one roof.
